Gear operated rolling SHUTTER

When the width or height or both of the rolling shutter is more (above 12 feet) the pipe shaft which holds the load and enables the rolling mechanism won’t be able to withstand the weight, for such dimensions gear operated rolling shutter is used. We use a strong pipe shaft having a circular cage like structure with bearing pulleys and springs along the length and a gear at one end, which will connect to the gear box system. For opening and closing the rolling shutter, a crank handle is used to rotate the gear, enabling the rolling mechanism. It is also known as Mechanical Shutter because of the fact that one need to manually rotate the mechanical part of the rolling shutter for opening and closing it.
