MOTORIZED ROLLING SHUTTER

By using a motor for the rolling mechanism, smooth operation of rolling shutter can be achieved. A push-button is used for opening and closing of a motorized rolling shutter.

This kind of rolling shutter is ideal for residential and commercial use where one will find it difficult to push and pull the rolling shutter everyday.

During the installation of motorized rolling shutter, motor can be placed inside or outside (inside fitting, shown in image). Push button for operating the rolling shutter has three buttons marked ‘Up’, ‘Down’ and ‘Stop’. One can press the push button to open or to close or to stop the rolling shutter. 

Rolling shutter is made to stop automatically by setting upper and lower limit switches, they cut off the current to the motor when the rolling shutter completes their movement in the ‘Up’ and ‘Down’ directions, hence it is also known as Automatic Rolling Shutter,
